Comments on the yoga for the pregnant

I think that thanks to yoga my pregnancy was going without complications, without edema, fear or toxicosis, and also the childbirth was very easy! All that time I was in harmony with my baby, which is very important. 

And after the childbirth my organism has recovered very fast, now (3,5 months after the childbirth) my weight is only 2 kg more than it was before the pregnancy, and all that is considering that I breast-feed and have to eat much, and the size of my breast has increased :) (usually I eat much less, upon the whole I don`t like this activity)

So I recommend all to do yoga during pregnancy and recommend you personally as a teacher, I liked practicing with you, thank you very much!
